Great location, amazing views! the hotel is situated in a prime location with stunning views of the surroundings. the staff was polite and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the rooms were neat and tidy, providing all necessary amenities for our comfort. Plus, the food served at their restaurant was delicious and had several options to choose from.
Limited choices for dinner, lacking amenities. the restaurant had limited options for dinner, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the food and the rooms here, and being close to popular attractions like Ganesh Tok was a great bonus, plus it's not too far from Bagdogra airport.

The hotel offered comfortable rooms with good amenities and comforts. The location was convenient, with easy access to main areas. the restaurant served above-average food, which we enjoyed during our stay.
The hotel could improve on its service levels, especially during peak times, as the restaurant would get crowded and we did not receive personalized attention.
